Leslie Aleen Jordan ( April 29, 1955) is an American entertainer who won an Emmy Award in 2006.

Vocation

He has shown up in numerous TV arrangement like Ally McBeal, Lois and Clark, Star Trek: Voyager, Reba, Boston Public, Raising Hope, Hidden Palms, Boston Legal, Nash Bridges, Ugly Betty, American Horror Story: Coven, yet particularly Will and Grace where he assumed the part of rich gay Beverly Leslie adversary to Karen Walker, one of the fundamental characters.

Work on American Horror Story

Leslie Jordan joined the cast of American Horror Story in Witches’ Council part Quentin Fleming in the third season, Coven. He returned in the 6th season, Roanoke, as Ashley Gilbert, the entertainer who depicts medium Cricket Marlowe on “My Roanoke Nightmare,” and as Courtney in the 10th season, 1984.

Nectar… Leslie Jordan has conquered everything. Since showing up in Los Angeles in 1982 with only $1400 to attempt to make it in media outlets, the amazing entertainer has shown up across TV, film, and theater — “Go to IMDB, I’ve completed 386 sections, Mary!” he says — and surprisingly won a Primetime Emmy Award for his endeavors as “disdainful little sovereign” Beverley Leslie in Will and Grace. But, to the younger age, notwithstanding, Leslie is likely most connected with his different parts on American Horror Story, his new Fox satire arrangement Call Me Kat or his work on — you understand what we’re going to say currently, don’t cha? — Instagram!

Since the ascent of the Covid pandemic in 2020, Leslie has been accepted into online media’s lobby of acclaim as the authority “isolate comic” because of his viral critiques on lockdown, anecdotes about his vocation in Hollywood, and responses to mainstream society minutes like Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s WAP; all of which feature his adoring and charming Southern appeal. In a little more than a year, the star’s Instagram following has shot to the right around 6,000,000 devotees, prompting a book of expositions named How Y’all Doing: Misadventures and Mischief from a Life Well Lived, just as the gospel-roused collection Company’s Comin’ delivered through Platoon. For our most recent portion of 15 Minutes with an Icon, we talk with Leslie Jordan about his distinguished lifetime and newly discovered status as an Instagram star.
